Collaborative Enrollment

Collaborative registration is only available to degree seeking 立博体育官网 students who would like to registrar at another institution in the North Dakota University System (NDUS). Students wishing to take a collaborative course through 立博体育官网 must contact the collaborative representative at their home campus.

How to Enroll in a Collaborative Course

Students are able to locate courses by using Campus Connection Class Search.

  1. Fill out and submit the Collaborative Request Form.
    1. Log into your Campus Connection account. On your homepage, click on the eForms tile. Select Collaborative Request on the left-hand side.  
    2. IF 立博体育官网 OFFERS THE SAME COURSE WITH THE SAME DELIVERY METHOD THE REQUEST WILL BE DENIED. An exemption request can be emailed from the 立博体育官网 student email to The request will then be reviewed and will be sent a follow up email.
  2. The Collaborative Registration Form will be processed after a student registers for a 立博体育官网 course. Allow 7-10 business days for processing.
  3. If registration is successful, the student will receive an email from the provider institution with the schedule and additional information about attending classes at their institution.
    1. If registration is unsuccessful, the student will receive an email from Enrollment Services with additional details.
  4. The student will pay tuition and fees through Campus Connection along with 立博体育官网 charges.
  5. Once the semester has concluded and grades are posted, 立博体育官网 will receive grades from the provider institution automatically. The student does not need to order an official transcript from the provider campus.

How to Drop a Collaborative Course
Please follow this process if only dropping a collaborative course but will remain enrolled in 立博体育官网 courses.
  1. Fill out and submit the Collaborative Request Form.
    1. Log into your Campus Connection account. Select eForms tile. Click on Collaboratie Request on the left-hand side.
  2. The Collaborative Request Form will then be sent to the provider campus. Allow 7-10 days for processing.
  3. Once this request has been processed, the student will receive a confirmation email to their student email.

How to Withdraw from a Collaborative Course
To withdraw from ALL courses, including 立博体育官网 courses, fill out and submit the Cancel/Withdraw to Zero eForm in campus connection.
  1. Log into Campus Connection. Select 立博体育官网 eForms tile. 
  2. Click Academic Records
  3. Select, Cancel/Withdraw to Zero
    1. Ensure you check that you are enrolled in collaborative courses
  4. This request will be routed through several different campus offices, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  5. Once the request has been processed, the student will receive a confirmation email of withdrawal to their 立博体育官网 email address.
